This post originally ran back when this blog was called “Love Our Disney” but it is a great, simple way to display photos and a great gift idea that kids can make with just a little help.
I feel like I have not done a craft in FOREVER! However, recently, I did make a Disney Photo Block for the Goof’s room, and wanted to share it with you! This was a great way to get some photos off my phone and on display in a way that was toddler friendly. No glass to worry about him breaking or frames to display.
I used the following supplies for this project:
- Wood Block (I used a 3.5×3.5 block)
- Mod Podge
I printed all of my photos off instagram using Walgreen’s photo print app (in the Google Play Store).
Next I chose which photos I wanted to use and trimmed them to the correct size.
I used Mod Podge to attach the photos to the block. After they had completely dried I then went over the block and photos with Mod Podge to seal it in. I ended up doing several coats.
Once it dried, I was done and my photo block was ready to display.
This is the perfect way to keep a little Disney on a desk, bookshelf, or basically anywhere.
